In principle no. However it could happen that something didn't went well during the healingperiod; it is living tissue we are dealing with. This you'll only find out after the healingperiod. Yes, Sakura Tattoo Amsterdam has a GGD (Amsterdam's Health Department) permit. We work according the guidlines of safe tattooing. Since the first of june 2007 there is a law about tattooing and piercing in the Netherlands. This means that everybody who tattoos or pierces needs to work hygienic and needs to have a permit. The permit is only issued to the tattooer or piercer that applies all sorts of hygenic measures. We only work with disposables. This means that everything we use is packed sterile and is thrown away correctly. We also work with Nitril gloves. All materials that are touched during tattooing are packed in plastic. After tattooing the space is cleaned desinfected.

The skin of your feet isn't the same and less suitable for tattooing as for example the skin on your arm. Therefore there is a high risk that tattoos on feet will grow out and/or blur, so they need to be retouched. Retouching foot tattoos is because of that not free of charge. The normal guarantee does not apply.
